Originally hired as the office manager for ADR/Preferred Business Properties in 1998, Carrie Ventrella
soon rose to the position of Property Manager, after becoming a licensed real estate agent.Carrie currently supervises multi-family residential properties and multi-tenant office buildings. Her day-to-day responsibilities include hiring, training and supervision of onsite employees, obtaining estimates and overseeing all vendors and contractors, keeping up-to-date information on all laws and ordinances, and implementing new procedures as needed. Carrie is also responsible for marketing units and maintaining up-to-date surveys of competitive projects.
In addition, Carrie is responsible for unit remodels and has supervised the remodel of pool areas, re-plumbing building with copper piping and has overseen project construction (roof and structural replacement).
